These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YTDL.my (the "Service"), operated by the website owners. By registering, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

YTDL.my provides tools and APIs to facilitate downloads in line with your own rights and responsibilities. The Service does not grant any license to third-party content; you must comply with applicable laws and the terms of any platforms whose content you access.

Accounts & API keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access that appears abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful.

Payments

Fees for credit packs are charged through our payment partner (e.g. Cashfree) in INR at checkout, converted from published plan amounts using live exchange rates shown on the pricing page where applicable. Taxes or charges imposed by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to:

  • circumvent technical limits, authentication, or billing;
  • overload or disrupt infrastructure;
  • use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, or infringement of others' rights;
  • reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that outputs will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, if less, the fees for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
