Credit packs

Purchases of download credit packs are generally non-refundable once payment has succeeded and credits have been added to your account or made available for use. This reflects the digital, immediately consumable nature of the entitlement.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you were charged twice for the same checkout, or charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error on our side, contact us at tanay@tanay.co.in (or via the contact form) with your account email, order or payment reference, and a short description. We will investigate and, where appropriate, correct the charge or issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback where possible; we aim to resolve billing issues directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of access while disputes are resolved.

Cancellation

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is nothing to "cancel" for future billing after a completed pack purchase. Unused credits expire according to the validity period stated on the pricing page and dashboard at the time of purchase — they do not roll over unless we expressly state otherwise.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you. If such laws provide for a cooling-off period or refund in specific circumstances, those provisions apply where required.
